Automation is a general word nowadays. That is not a problem to search out the corporation that provides the solutions for this issue. Usually they are quite attractive and have a lot of positive characteristics, but it is only the first view. Having analyzed all the factors for and against the usage of such software, I arrive at conclusion that there are several reasons for the managers not to utilize personnel management software.

Reason 1: It demands some funds. Almost all available employee management software is not freeware. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also require some fee. A lot of people simply do not pay attention to the price of this kind of programs. If you clearly see how the benefits do it, pay. If you don't, hold the funds. Money is the lesser evil.
